WE WANT YOU TO FEEL COMFORTABLE.
The first step in getting treatment is determining a diagnosis, with assistance from a Licensed Therapist/Counselor or medical provider. Your family or friends may have inspired you to seek out medical intervention. Whatever the reason for seeking help, the counselor or medical provider may also be able to offer recommendations for the best course of treatment. Depending on the diagnosis, and the severity of your symptoms, the recommended course of treatment will be tailored to the needs of the individual.
We use what works, lose what doesn’t, and create a program that gives you the best chance of success.
It doesn’t matter where you come from, what matters is that you’re here.
True change comes from within. Everyone grows and changes in their own way and on their own time. The same is true for recovery and healing: everyone heals, recovers, and learns to cope with complex behavioral, emotional, and addiction issues in their own way and on their own time. We engage your imagination and encourage you to be the engine that drives your own recovery.
We reconnect you to this simple truth: the key to recovery lies within.
We get to know you and tailor every moment of treatment to meet your specific needs. We apply solution-focused, evidence-based therapeutic practices to formulate an Individualized Recovery Plan that changes your progress through the stages of healing. Plans are modular, flexible, and adaptable on multiple levels. We encourage you to try a variety of approaches, explore our creative modalities, and become the author of your personal recovery narrative.
Sometimes a small tweak to the treatment day can make all the difference. Yoga in the morning before an individual therapy session might be exactly what you need to prepare you for a significant breakthrough. Boxing after group counseling might help you process tough lessons and regulate the difficult emotions they trigger. We focus on what works, capitalize on your strengths, and cultivate an authentic atmosphere where everyone has one goal: positive forward change.

Also known as counseling or psychotherapy, individual therapy is designed to offer one-on-one treatment with a certified and trained therapist or medical provider.
There are a number of reasons why you might prefer group therapy or psychotherapy. This type of therapy allows you to interact with others who are struggling with the same problems, whether it be substance abuse, depression, social anxiety, etc. Group therapy is an effective way to facilitate a supportive and participatory dynamic in treatment, while integrating variant viewpoints and valuable feedback. Beyond simply building a support network, this type of treatment encourages each member to talk about his or her experience, but also listen to and respond to others. It also helps to broaden the perspectives of every member of the group, while offering specific coping skills and life lessons that are often just not possible in counseling or individual therapy dynamics all the while gaining an education in the realities of your diagnostic condition.
